Refund and Returns Policy
- The utmost care is taken to package product/s securely for transportation. Should the product or any part of the packaging be defective in anyway, Sienta Savara must be informed by email within 7 days of the dispatch date. We will arrange for the collection of the product at our own cost and once returned will offer either a replacement or refund.
- Once your order has been dispatched and you no longer want the product, you may return the item/items to our physical address within 14 days of purchase. Sienta Savara is not responsible for any delivery charges for unwanted goods. The product/s returned must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Product/s will be assessed on return, and if in good order we will refund within 7 days of the return date.
- Please provide a copy of your receipt together with your contact details (cell phone, email address, physical address) as well as a reason for the return.
- We are unable to issue replacements or refunds on used products.
- Delivery costs/courier costs/transport costs are non-refundable for unwanted product/s.
SHIPPING
- Our products are supplied and shipped within the borders of South Africa only.

We require a physical street address or a PUDO locker address to deliver your order. (If it is a PUDO locker order, please add the locker number to the purchase note during checkout.)
- The lead time for delivery is 5- 7 working days to main centres. Should your delivery address be situated in an out-lying area, we will notify you of the extended lead time.
- Delivery costs to main centres/cities within South Africa will be charged at the applicable rates. If your delivery address is situated in an outlying area, we will notify you of the additional transport cost.
- We will notify you when your order is dispatched and provide you with the relevant tracking information.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please keep your perfume in a cool dry place. Keep out of reach of children, do not ingest, keep away from open flames and do not spray directly on to face.
