Welcome to Sienta Savara
We’re a South African company headquartered in beautiful Cape Town, and as with most things, we know that an excellent product relies heavily on the quality of the raw materials we source.
So, as self-confessed perfume snobs, the starting point was obvious: the town of Grasse, in Provence, France. Known for the quality of its Jasmine, Rose and Orange, it has become the capital of the world’s fragrance industry.

One that doesn’t test on animals
One that cares about the environment
Who care about sustainability in the sourcing of their products
They take a great deal of care and pride in the products they create and in the people they serve. We’re thrilled to work with one of the most credible manufacturers in Grasse and one of the largest suppliers of perfume oils in the world.
Because we live according to the principle of doing no harm, no animal is used or harmed in any way in producing our products.
We also endeavour to minimise our impact on the environment…
So rather than using cardboard and plastic packaging, we use fabric pouches that can be re-used for storage when travelling with small items like jewellery.
Sienta Savara is an absolute passion of mine. It started as a dream and is the culmination of a lifelong love of fragrance, which started when I was 5. The seed was sown during the very many happy, carefree hours playing dress-up, and dousing myself in my mother’s Chanel No 5. Surrounded by the flowers and scents that were part of my mother’s world as a floral artist, I instinctively knew that one day, fragrance would make up a huge part of my world.
After several years in the hospitality industry, I knew that it was time to take a leap of faith.
Our fragrances are long lasting, but I’d like to share a few tips on making them last even longer.
Apply fragrance directly after you’ve had a shower and before getting dressed. This helps to lock in the scent when your skin is still slightly moist.
Apply fragrance to the areas that react to fluctuations in your body temperature and, in turn, emit your scent throughout the day. These spots include your wrists, the nape of your neck, behind your knees, behind your ears, and inside your elbows.
And of course, spray the fragrance in your hair, as it will permeate your strands and last throughout the day.
